Online Registration Process
The official portal is expected to launch in mid-2026. Here are the expected steps to apply online via wbpds.wb.gov.in or socialsecurity.wb.gov.in:
Register with Aadhaar & Mobile
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and registered mobile number to receive a verification OTP.
Fetch Ration Card Details
Input your Ration Card number. The system will automatically pull your family details and address from the state database.
Fill Bank Details
Enter your Aadhaar-linked, single-holder bank account number and IFSC code exactly as they appear in records.
Upload Documents
Upload clear, readable scans of your required documents (JPG or PDF formats, under 1MB).
Submit & Note Application ID
Review all details and submit. Save the Application Reference Number received via SMS to track your status.
Offline Application Options
If you don't have internet access, the government provides physical enrollment options:
Duare Sarkar Camps
Visit periodic "Government at Your Doorstep" camps run at the panchayat or ward level where officials will assist you.
BDO / SDO Offices
Submit physical copies of your forms and documents directly at your local Block Development or Sub-Divisional office.
Fair Price Shops (Ration Dealers)
Some ration dealers may act as local points-of-contact for facilitating Annapurna Bhandar registrations.
